Shipping Times
We do not provide any guarantees on shipping delivery times as all shipping times are estimations as provided by the shipping courier. We have no control over the couriers delivery schedules or delivery speeds as this is all up to the courier once it is in their possession. Any queries about shipping times can be directed directly to the courier service as we have no control over their systems.
Handling Times
We do not provide any guarantees on OBDX handling times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, illness or scheduled holidays.
We aim for a 1-2business day handling time from date of order (Note this does not include weekends) to have the parcel with the shipping courier.
International Shipping, Customs and Import Duties/Fees
The buyer is completely responsible for paying any additional fees required for importing any products into their country. OBDX Pro does not take any responsibility for a buyers failure to pay import duties resulting in the item being returned to us, in such circumstance the buyer will have to pay for shipping fees again.
OBDX Pro is not responsible for any delays in international shipping, all queries about delivery timeframes must be taken up directly with the courier being used.
