Here’s how we handle dispatch, what to expect from couriers, and how international shipments work.
Our end
We aim to dispatch every order to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment (excluding weekends).
Occasionally illness, scheduled holidays or other unforeseen events can extend this. We’ll let you know if anything affects your order.
In transit
Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery is on their schedule. Any quoted times are courier estimates — not guarantees from us.
For specific delivery enquiries, please contact your courier directly — their tracking shows information we don’t have visibility of.
Across borders
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. These vary by destination country and we can’t predict or absorb them.
If unpaid import fees cause a parcel to be returned to us, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and the cost to resend it.
